Here's a quick review of Mega Bloks Need For Speed Porsche 911 GT3 RS set (that's quite a mouthful).

It was bought from Target for...$13.74. Quite a steal considering the size and piece count of the set. 0_0;

No stickers on the outside, BTW.

Engine block in the trunk. Had to use the flash to show everything. There's what appears to be a sub-woofer right above the engine... o_O

Passenger side. Speedometer, center console, and AC vents are all stickers. Too bad there were no stickers for the mirrors, they look pretty ugly as-is. :/

And size comparison to the box.

Frankly, I'm not sure what's the point in having this be a brick kit. I did enjoy the build however and I guess the same can be said of most of the Halo sets. Midway through this post, I realized that I never took a pic of the back of the box. Too late now since it's long been in the trash. Plus these pics were actually taken almost 3 years ago. Yup, only now getting around to posting them. -_-; You'll see more posts like this in the months ahead, sorry.

  1. Unlike lego technic the outer part really smooth, don't looks like made from bricks at all

  2. That's the good and bad thing about this (and a lot of the licensed Mega Bloks sets). Most of the outer bricks are specialized for this set so can't really be recycled for building anything else but the finished set looks pretty good for a brick set. It's basically like building a plastic model but with bricks. :p
