Yay, my first TF-only strip! I really didn't like how Prowl turned out especially with how his wings hampered his shoulder movement so the idea for this strip was born.

Someone suggested I do a strip based on the Thanksgiving pics so I gave it a try. With this posting, the strip is current! That's why I posted a bunch of it today. :P

Special Ops Jazz

I have to say, Jazz turned out really nice. My nitpick with him is that his chest doesn't lock down but other than that, he's pretty damn good. I like how his speakers can be combined with his gun. Probably my favorite of the Generations car bots.

IABWSS 3 pt2

I didn't like out the effects look in this one. I had the turret charge up rather than fire in the 3rd panel because the laser would have blocked out the rookie.

Thanksgiving

I got a free turkey coupon from TXU so we decided to let my brother cook the turkey at his place for Thanksgiving lunch. He was kind enough to let me take some pictures of my Shinki there although the weird glances I get from his wife discouraged me from taking many pictures. The turkey came out really good. Juicy and not dry, probably one of the best Thanksgiving Turkeys I've ever had. Props to my bro for that. Anyways, here's some pictures of the toys and food.


First thing I thought when I saw my nephew's wooden stove set and that plastic pot was "Partio Stew!", LOL.


Apparently Pomock wanted to do the cooking this time.

Busou Shinki MMS Type Hellhound Gabrine

Got light armor Gabrine.




My Gabrine has numerous faults including the infamous ankle problem which I fixed with the "soaking the foot" solution. Other problems include sloppy paint app, loose parts, bent connector peg, etc.

Animated Grimmy, BB Bumblebee, and miko clothes

I resisted for a long time but I finally broke down and got a TF Animated Grimlock. I have to say, I actually like him a bit better than MP Grimlock. (yeah yeah blasphemous, I know) So what do I like about A. Grimlock? I like how his backpack folds up much better than the old "head just hangs off the back" style. The way the tail hangs off the side of A. Grimlock's legs is more reminiscent of Grimlock than MP Grimlock's "tail tucked perfectly away" although I kinda like that too. Finally both his robot and alt mode exudes much more personality than the cold and straightforward MP Grimlock (especially robot mode). My only real gripe with Animated Grim is that his elbow part doesn't go all the way in like it's supposed to in robot mode (seems to be a common problem with the toy). Otherwise, I think he flat-out rocks and is a great bargain at the discounted price I got at Marshall's.

The Pomock and squirrel affair

I took the above apparently epic squirrel pic (according to everyone who've seen it) featuring Pomock earlier in the week. People were impressed although it didn't felt like it was that impressive to me so I'll tell what I did.
